1. Digital Goods
Stellar Place (operated by Riya Infosystem) provides digital goods in the form of virtual "Coins". By purchasing these coins, you agree to our strict no-refund policy.
2. No Cancellations or Refunds
- All purchases of virtual coins are final and non-refundable.
- Once a transaction is successfully processed and coins are credited to your wallet, the order cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Exceptions (Payment Failures)
The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the case of a technical failure during the payment process:
- If your payment method is charged, but the corresponding coins are not credited to your Stellar Place wallet due to a technical error.
- In such cases, our system will automatically attempt to reconcile the transaction. If reconciliation fails, a refund will be initiated automatically to your original payment method.
- Refunds for failed transactions typically take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact our support team immediately at support@stellarplace.app before filing a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
